Terms and Conditions

1.1. Each member can create only one personal user account. Creating multiple user accounts will lead to termination of the accounts. All accounts you try to open may be blocked or closed. Depending on the severity of the case The King's Castle holds the right to withhold or take any funds deposited to pay for damages and/or the prevention of future misconduct.
1.1.1. If you notice that you have more than one registered Member Account you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may lead to your Member account being blocked for access.
1.2. member’s account can only be accessed with the unique ID and password of the members. The member is responsible for keeping their login information confidential and making sure it cannot be accessed by another person.
1.2.1. As part of the registration process, you will have to choose a username and password for your login into the Website(s). It is your sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure that your login details are kept securely. You must not disclose your login details to anyone. We are not responsible for any abuse or misuse of your Member Account by third parties due to your disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, whether active or passive, of your login details to any third party.
1.3. The member shall not provide access to his or her user account or allow using the website to any third party, including but not limited to minors.
1.4. The website can only be used for personal purposes and shall not be used for any type of commercial profit.
1.5. The member must provide valid personal data during registration, including valid email address.
1.6. The King's Castle reserves the right to refuse or close a Member Account at its sole discretion, but any contractual obligations already made by The King's Castle shall be honored accordingly.
1.6.1 The King's Castle reserves the right to declare a purchase void, partially or in full, if The King's Castle, at its own discretion, deems it obvious that there was an error, mistake, misprint or technical error.
2.1 All games are hosted by third parties. The King's Castle hosts no games on https://www.thekingscastle.net and has no control over gameplay and wins and losses.
2.2 All purchases are final. Once an order has been completed and the user has been sent their login details The King's Castle has no control or liability over any issues that arise.
2.3 The King's Castle reserves the right to change the Redeem policy and methods of redemption at any time.
2.4 Each member is allowed one (1) wheel spin on the King's Wheel every 24 hours. Any spin wins before the 24 hour period has elapsed will be voided.
2.5 Each member is allowed two (2) $3 FreePlay spin wins. Every spin that lands on $3 FreePlay after that will be awarded with 100 King's Coins.

2.6 Each member is expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward the TKC staff. Arguing with the staff or berating the staff for any reason could be permanently banned at the discretion of the staff

2.7 Each member is expected to be patient when waiting for orders and redeems. Things like "?????" or "Hello" within 15 minutes of your order being placed or your redeem being submitted are not permitted and are subject to an immediate ban at the discretion of the staff.

2.8 Complaining through any other channel outside of the support chat will not be tolerated for any reason and your membership could be immediately terminated at the discretion of the staff.

2..9 Spin wins must be claimed through the support chat as soon as the win occurs, Failure to do so may result in your spin win claim to be rejected.
