Crypto (ETH) - Select Crypto By Bankful on the Checkout page, connect your wallet via QR code, and pay for your order (provided you have enough ETH in your wallet)

Venmo, Zelle, Chime, Step, RocketRamp - Select manual payment at checkout and place your order.  You will find the links and QR codes to pay with Chime, Venmo, Step, RocketRamp and the Email to send Zelle.

***You can still use cashapp to pay for your order in two ways.  1) Use your cashapp card by selecting PayPal at checkout, submitting your order, and on the next page selecting "pay with debit/credit card" (no PayPal account required).  You can also use cashapp to pay for your order by sending bitcoin from it.  Open the support chat and request a bitcoin receive address or we can provide you with a step by step guide.

What Are The Redeem Rules?

The current redeem limits can be found by going to your profile menu and selecting redeem.  These are the current redeem limits and options:  All FreePlay  = $50 MIN/MAX.

NEW REDEEM LIMITS:

MAX $500 per 24 hours and 2 redeems per member per 24 hours, credits left over above max will be redeemed and returned to our credit bank.  In game bonuses will are NOT redeemable.

In Game Bonus Credits are redeemable @ $25.  If the credits from your order go under 1, and you then use in game bonus credits to keep playing, you can redeem them for $25, any amount over $25 is considered void and returned to our credit bank.  This applies to Daily Wheels, etc.  There is a One Week limit from your last order for that system for you to redeem in game bonus credits. If a member only has free play in  their history they cannot redeem in game bonus credits.

If you order multiple systems in one order, the max applies to the amount of credits ordered for each system, for example:  2x Galaxy World = $200 + 3x Cash Frenzy = $300

How Do I Place An Order And Play The Games?

First if you have not joined as a member click or tap login which should take you to the sign up form, once you have signed up log in to your account and complete the verification form at http://www.thekingscastle.net/get-verified.

Once verified on the site go to the Game Accounts page and click the Recharge button on the Panel for the system you want to order.  If you are on the app go tap the Shop tab.

If you want to order more than one system at a time, simply go back to your Game Accounts panel and hit recharge on the next system you want to add to your order.

On the checkout page choose PayPal to pay with PayPal or your debit/credit card, submit your order, and on the next page select Pay with debit/credit card to use your card without needing a PayPal account.

For Venmo, Chime, Zelle, Step, or RocketRamp select manual payment, submit your order, and on the bottom of the next page you will find links and QR codes for these payment methods.  For expedited delivery when choosing manual payment please send a screenshot to Support.

All orders are delivered to the Support chat, so leave it open and follow the instructions on your order receipt to play!

What is your Refer-A-Friend program?

Our current Refer-A-Friend program gives you a $10 discount code automatically e-mailed to you when your referral places an order and pays for it.  This means if you were to place a $10 order, select manual payment, enter the discount code in the code box, and hit submit your order would become free.

You will not get a referral bonus if you pay for your referrals order...you are allowed to pay for it, but you won't get the bonus.
